Payment methods

For online payment, we use 3rd party payment gateway such as Paypal and Stripe. We do NOT collect any credit card information and/or credential of your payment accounts. Our secure Checkout page may either redirect you to the third party payment gateway for payment or embedded their payment section into the same secure page for your convenience. They are isolated from our Online Store.

Refund Policy

All course fees are non-refundable in nature. There will NOT be any remedial sessions for absence of any sessions without prior notice. However, if a course is accidentally cancelled, we would always work on course re-scheduling. Students may opt to attend the upcoming identical courses in the future but is subject to availabilty and there is no guarantee on the exact day. The course schedule is subject to Coffvengers Coffee Academy's final decision.

All product items, including but not limited to perishable items such as coffee, are also non-refundable in nature. However, please rest assured that for exceptional cases such as defective items or incorrect coffee received, you may contact us immediately for further arrangement. Please also come to us if you have questions or concerns about your purchased items.
