For online payment, we use 3rd party payment gateway such as Paypal and Stripe. We do NOT collect any credit card information and/or credential of your payment accounts. Our secure Checkout page may either redirect you to the third party payment gateway for payment or embedded their payment section into the same secure page for your convenience. They are isolated from our Online Store.

All courses are non-refundable in nature. However, if a course is accidentally cancelled, we would always work on course re-scheduling. Should you not be able to attend the rescheduled course, a full refund will be provided. We will process the refund within 30 calendar days of the day on which the course is confirmed to be cancelled.
All product items, including but not limited to perishable items such as coffee, are also non-refundable in nature. However, please rest assured that for exceptional cases such as defective items or incorrect coffee received, you may contact us immediately for further arrangement. Please also come to us if you have questions or concerns about your purchased items.
Besides, in response to the prevalence of the pandemic coronavirus disease worldwide, we understand that courses/workshops are subject to policy change and/or tutors/students being unavailable to attend the sessions, at such mutually-agreed class swap to another available class is acceptable should it deem necessary. Please contact us should you encounter any difficulty on this issue.
